Star Naming

You must be 16 years or over to purchase from Our Star Naming Site. We use Royal Mail to send out your Star Gift Pack, personalized as per your custom gift order. You will be required to sign for delivery by Royal Mail. Your star naming entry appears instantly online.

If you are not home when they attempt delivery- they should leave a card to say they have called and attempted delivery.

In practice- this is not always the case. If you do not receive your order in the 7 days – In the first instance please contact either your local UK Royal Mail sorting office (it may be sitting there and you can then tell them when you will be home to take delivery)

International Enquiries Royal Mail if you are not in the UK. They will be able to give you delivery details.

There should be no chance of your Star Naming Gift set Going astray. If Royal Mail cannot trace your parcel – simply contact us and we can supply you with your unique tracking order to assist.

When you order and name a Star, from Wish Upon a Star – Please be careful with any spellings on your up to 13 word message for placement on your gift certificate and for your instant online message. We will reproduce this message exactly as we receive it. Take care with choice of name and spellings when star naming, as the name cannot be changed later.

We are not be responsible for any spelling errors you make on your order.

If we make any error or your package is damaged in the post- Place a message at our help desk and we will explain what you need to do in order to have a replacement Star Naming Gift Pack re-sent completely free of charge.

In these circumstances we will of course replace your
